During the last 2 years Advanced Windows have installed a large conservatory and replaced several windows and doors at my property in Streetly.

I am happy to confirm that I was very satisfied with the windows I selected they look excellent and seem to retain the heat much better than the old ones.

The delivery was slightly longer than expected though not excessive. The fitting was of exceptional quality and so was the reliability of your staff who were neat and tidy, cleared up every night, leaving no mess in the house whatsoever. As you were aware a couple of items were damaged on arrival and these were replaced without question or fuss.

Finally there was the question of some tarnished handles (supplied by another manufacturer) which you kindly replaced for me. In all I was thoroughly satisfied with the product and the fitting which influenced my decision to order some more off you just before Christmas. Should you wish any client to view your work I am sure we can accommodate that once the snow has gone.

From start to finish, from original quote to completion, we were kept completely advised of every costs in a very detailed way, along with all proposed start & finish dates. Any alteration [inevitably due to us chasing what we wanted] was detailed and an amendment to the original quote sent. All aspects of planning permission, skip delivery etc was handled also.

The quality of work was excellent. The job finished ahead of schedule and on budget and all work carried out by AW and any subcontractors, was done very well with no issue on rubbish, cleanliness, workmanship. etc.

Upon completion, we were asked several times of any issue we still had, anything we were not happy with to get sorted, there were no issues at all but good to be asked. The conservatory has made such a difference to the house and we have had numerous compliments - as you know my sister is having windows / doors replaced by AW as a direct result of seeing the work that you undertook.

I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending AW in all aspect of their craftsmanship & customer service, and have and will continue to use them again for further work requirements.

I have been fortunate enough to have windows fitted by Advanced Windows in two properties.

My Business: Advanced Windows replaced nine of our windows, part of the job involved building cavity brick wall infill below new windows and plastering the new interior walls. The job was completed on time, with no fuss and our premises were left clean and tidy. The windows have been in place for a few years now and have proven to be reliable with no defects and they look very smart too!

My Home: Ian and Paul replaced four windows and provided two new windows as part of our refurbishment project. We have additional requirements (5-6 windows) for phase two of our project which we expect Advanced Windows to carry out for us. As expected from our previous experience the fitters arrived on time, were quietly efficient, did the job with no fuss and left the interior and exterior of the house looking clean and tidy and very smart.

I have had windows fitted by other companies in the past and I would rate Advanced Windows as the best. Their fitters are polite and efficient, the quality of their product is excellent and their service is second to none. One of the owners (Ian or Paul) is always on site when the windows are fitted which is very reassuring and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to you. (After they finished our job, our neighbours were so impressed that they used Advanced Windows too.)

We found out about you from a friend of mine who had had some work done by you, and was very complimentary about your products and service. The fact that you also lived close by helped us to decide to use you!

I'm very pleased that we did - from initial enquiry to finalising the conservatory, all went smoothly and within the timescales that we set between us. The only thing that held up the process was planning permission from Birmingham City Council but no-one can change those timescales! (though we were impressed that you looked after the whole planning permission process for us too).

Workmanship is first class, we use the conservatory everyday as it is heated and it is really like a proper room in addition to the house. We have had no problems at all with the conservatory, and two years down the line it still looks really good. Your recommendations for a person to build a patio for us too was also very useful.

In short, I would not hesitate to recommend your service, products and professional approach.
